The Old Dairy, Lincoln

ID Architecture visited ‘The Old Dairy’ in Lincoln early this week to see how this exciting project was coming along. The installation of the tall aluminium windows to the new edition of the property looks fantastic and deliberately contrasts with the ‘arts and crafts’ style of the existing dwelling.

ID Architecture Drawing Services

Drawing document production represents a large proportion of the work ID Architecture undertake on their projects. Over the past twelve months ID Architecture have provided drawing services ranging from feasibility and sketch studies to full building measured surveys and drawings.

The scale of projects have varied significantly from four storey Victorian town houses to mixed use developments of existing buildings though the passion and desire to provide detailed and accurate information is consistent on every project.

This commission entailed a Photographic and Full Measured Building Survey prior to the property purchase and development of design proposals.

This project entailed a full photographic and building measured survey to provide accurate survey drawings for a mixed use development in Retford, Nottinghamshire.

The Old Dairy, Lincoln

ID Architecture visited ‘The Old Dairy’ yesterday to take some construction photographs. This project involved the refurbishment and extension of the existing dwelling, which has undergone many design reviews to ensure the character and integrity of the property was retained. In doing so the first floor extension was located at the rear of the house and was deliberately designed to contrast with the existing ‘Arts and Crafts’ style.

The existing ‘arts and crafts’ style can be seen from the front elevation.
